High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Track Shoes are much more than just plastic. This material has tremendous wear resistance properties and limits ice buildup.
My unique mounting design makes them adaptable to virtually any bolt pattern or track setter. Dimensions 15" (38cm) long x 1- 1/2" (3.8cm) deep x 5" (12.7cm) wide on top x 2-3/8" (6cm) wide bottom.
Also available in 2" a deep configuration.

Trail Finishing Comb
The ATS Trail Finish Comb is a polyurethane material with a profile design between the standard cross county and alpine comb finishes . This product is very well suited for skating technique with its reduced cut depth, intermediate ridge distance and flat top. Available in dimensions 7" (18cm) wide x 48" (122cm) or 7" (18cm) wide x 60" (152cm) long sections. Pitch of Trail Finishing Comb (center to center distance of hills and valleys ) is 1 "(2.54cm).

A variety of hitch options are available for you to choose from. Hitch options displayed above are a trailer hitch connector type, pintle hitch type and flat plate type. **Units are supplied with the flat plate style. The trailer hitch connector and pintle hitch types can be supplied as an option.
Rubber Sweeps
Optional Hitches
Bolts onto skag plates of the ATS equipment. The Sweeps will smooth out ridges left by all my Levelers, Skate Lane Drags or Track Setters. Can be adapted to fit other grooming equipment as well.
Polyurethane Sweeps
Bolts onto skag plates of the ATS equipment. The Polyurethane Sweeps will smooth out ridges left by all my Levelers, Skate Lane Drags or Track Setters "and" match the trail finish profile of the ATS Trail Finishing Combs. Can be adapted to fit other grooming equipment as well.
Wheel Kit
My new Wheel Kit can be added on at time of order to a Renovating Leveler or TnT. The Wheel Kit is attached to the Cutting Bed sub-assembly and utilizes the lifting/lowering functionality of the manual jack or electric actuator to position and lower the wheels for low speed transport or to lift and position the wheels out of the way during grooming operations. One person can now easily raise or lower the wheels into the desired position.
The Wheel Kit can also be retrofitted to existing ATS Renovating Levelers or TnTs. The units would however have to be returned to ATS for this to be carried out
The basic purpose of the Wheel Kit is to facilitate movement of implements on dry ground to save wear and tear on the trail finishing comb and metal surfaces. The Wheel Kit also significantly aids in ease of storage.

Pendant Control
The ATS Pendant Control was developed to assist Customers who want to get there ATS trail grooming equipment up and operating without having to physically wire and install control switches on the tow machine (plug an play) if the tow machine does not already have those features. It also provides the opportunity and flexibility for the Customers to easily transfer the ATS Pendant Control to various tow machines for towing the ATS trail grooming equipment.
The ATS Pendant Control, once connected to the battery on the tow machine, supplies and directs 12V dc power via toggle switches to the electric actuator(s) on the ATS trail grooming equipment. The ATS Pendant Control can be easily secured in a convenient location on the tow machine by the Customer.
The ATS Pendant Control assembly includes the pendant control black box (seen above) with toggle switches, wiring from the battery on tow machine to operator seat including a 20A inline fuse, wiring from operator seat to rear of tow machine to rear of tow machine, 4 pin trailer connector to connect to the ATS trail grooming equipment. If there is more than one electric actuator, a junction box is included for power distribution to the specific actuator. on the ATS trail grooming equipment.
