Electrically Actuated Track Setter

Features: The Electrically Actuated Track Setter is constructed of carbon steel and powder coated for long life. It comes standard with pre-cutters, a 12” high weight pin, high density polyethylene (HDPE) track shoes, polyurethane cross country trail finishing comb and tow bar. Unique to the Electrically Actuated Track Setter is a sliding weighted track pan system along with electric linear actuator and electrical hardware. Standard hitch is a flat plate type. Functions: The Electrically Actuated Track Setter is for more serious applications of track setting where the track shoes need to be lifted off the snow for any reason (such as crossing sidewalks or roads). The sliding weighted track pan slides up and down on rails with the electric actuator. The electric actuator is controlled by a switch on the pulling machine. When tracks are required, extend the track shoes into the snow. When tracks are not required, retract the track shoes. Weights*** must be added to produce downward force to create compacted tracks. Skate Lane Drag

Functions: The Skate Lane Drag levels, packs and trail finishes high quality nordic skate ski surfaces. It was designed to act like the compaction pan of a snowcat but works on applied weight rather than hydraulic pressure. Benefits: The advantage of this design over roller type packers is that users can pack snow faster and it will not leave a washboard surface that has to be leveled afterwards. The skate track surface remains flat and level.

Trail Roller Groomer 5 Foot (TRG-5)

Features: The Trail Roller Groomer -TRG is available in 5 foot and 8 foot widths. The TRG is constructed of carbon steel and powder coated for long life. The roller body itself is made of tough, double walled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. The roller body is protected on both ends by steel flange plates which extend beyond the outside diameter of the pipe. The TRG flange plates also act as guides to prevent the TRG from sliding sideways when on side inclines. The TRG's pan style groomer comes standard with a polyurethane trail finishing comb. The TRG's pan style groomer is equipped with a simple hand winch to raise and lower the groomer. Weight pins are standard on both the TRG frame and groomer to add supplementary weight. The tow bar is removable for shipping and storage. Gas lift supports are standard for applying downward force on the groomer instead of or in addition to weights. Standard hitch is a flat plate type. Suzuki Tracked Mini Truck -used
