Quotations
Price quotations are valid for 30 days from the date on the Sales Inquiry document as material and service pricing is fluid and constantly changing.
If ordered after 30 day validity period, quotes shall be reviewed and amended accordingly.
Ordering Procedures
To place an order, please email ATS with a confirmed order. ATS will respond promptly by email to confirm your requirements and firm up price and delivery commitments.
Payment Procedures
All orders shall be paid in full prior to shipment or pickup. Preferred method of payment is eTransfer or Electronic Fund Transfer. Institutional/governmental purchasing policies/procedures shall be handled on a case by case basis.
Custom designed and fabricated items shall require a 50% deposit at time of order.
Shipping Procedures
Shipping on all orders, if requested by our Customers, shall be "Collect". Shipping or pickup can also be arranged by the Customer. Advance Track Setting Systems can work with its customers to obtain shipping arrangements and pricing. Packaging for shipment at extra cost. Please ask for quote.
Quality Control Checklist
Advance Track Setting Systems includes a completed Quality Control Checklist with its documentation package to demonstrate and document due diligence in the manufacturing and operational checks prior to shipment. In some cases, depending when equipment is ordered, operational checks are not possible due to lack of or absence of snow. In those cases, equipment is only shop tested and primarily impacts electric actuators/components.
Safety and Operating Manuals, Limits of Liability
Advance Track Setting Systems includes Warning Labels, recommended Formal Hazard Assessment guidelines, Field Level Hazard forms and Operating Manuals with all orders. It is up to the Customer to review and comply with contents contained therein to help prevent health and safety incidents to their workers, volunteers or the public.
In no event shall Advance Track Setting Systems be liable for any personal injury, property damage or any special, indirect or consequential damages, expenses or liabilities allegedly resulting as a result of the use of products supplied by Advance Track Setting Systems.
Warranty
Advance Track Setting Systems warranties its equipment for manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase and will work with the customer to remedy the defect. Warranty does not apply when equipment strikes or contact with tree stumps, rocks, fence posts, culverts, vehicles or other objects present on or along trails.
